This hotel is super convenient for Heathrow terminals 2 & 3. Inside the rooms are small but clean and nice and great for a short stay on your first or last day of a trip. The upstairs bar with a view of the runway is particularly relaxed and pleasant.

The perfect Hotel when flying from Heathrow terminals 2 & 3. The only negative is, its confusing as to where to park when checking in.

Was difficult to find at 10 p m and hotel did not respond for information by email sent 3 days before. Signage at airport was poor. Hotel was clean and quiet. A good choice for a 14 hour layover

Despite advertising Complimentary Breakfast, The charge was 52 BP per person! The hotel is not accessible to UBER due to traffic rules. You must walk about a 1/2 mile to pick-up point. The dinner service was poor and rude with insufficient staff for a pleasant dinner. The cost was astronomical.

Hotel was wonderful and the staff outstanding. What I would recommend is to distinguish the name of the Hilton Garden Inn between Terminals 2 and 3 with the other Hilton Garden Inn at terminal 5. Even though we specified the hotel at terminal 2 the Uber dropped us off at terminal 5. We had to take the bus to the correct hotel.
