This is the best low budget hotel close to Heathrow airport. Great breakfast and dinner if you are still there. Perfect for overnight to catch that early flight.

I was not aware that I would have to inform the hotel about late arrival which resulted in my booking being cancelled without me being informed. This was quickly rectified but it was an inconvenience. It was also quite difficult to get my luggage to my room. Overall, everything else was great, apart from no bedside plug. Didn't use the shuttle, but it was easy to find information about it.

The service was good, food very good and the stay was good. I would suggest, if renovations are ever made to rooms, please change the lighting. One can not even see to shave in the mirror. Just image a woman trying to apply make-up when she can’t even see her face in the mirror. This is for a disco bar, not a hotel bathroom.

Clean room. Shower was not draining properly but they came to fix it quickly. Room is small but comfortable. Could have used more pillows on the bed. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Restaurant downstairs convenient and food was good

I had a nice overnight stay before my Heathrow flight. I did have to purchase an outlet adapter to use their outlets. The Hoppa shuttle was handy for getting to the airport but I used a taxi to get to the hotel from the airport.
