The location and staff were excellent for overnight stay. The hotel itself was clean, but was in need of updating (some carpets were torn and duct taped and bathroom had some mold). Bedroom was adequate for what we needed, but bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Very convenient to airport with pods.

The reception staff was wonderful for both check-in and check-out. l've stayed at The Thistle often over the years, and two years ago was the only time l was not well-treated. so last year l stayed at The Leonardo. l've been back at The Thistle twice this year, and am glad l decided to do so because l was treated well, once again. Hoping this bodes well for continued future stays because l really like your hotel.
