Staff are fabulous

The staff here are amazing - very friendly and cheerful and couldn’t be more helpful! Really convenient for terminal 5 with the bus just a few minutes’ walk away. Comfortable room, decent breakfast. The only (tiny) gripe was that there was only 1 towel between the two of us, but that might have been because our room was changed at the last minute.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very happy. The Heathrow Express can get you to central London in 25 minutes. We stayed here because prices in central London were insane and we could get down there using the train. The bar and restersunt were a pleasant surprise with the food and drinks being excellent. Stayed at this hotel several times due to its close proximity to the airport and ease of getting there with the pod. Only had a standard room this time. but was just as nice as any of the others. Nice to be back

Convenient & good value overnight stay before catching flight from T5. Pod connection worked well for arrival and departure. Good welcome by reception staff & enjoyed a meal in the restaurant overlooking the plane activity. No lift to second floor so a short number of stairs have to be navigated with luggage which may cause a problem for some, although Reception did offer assistance if required.
