Staff was great. The shuttle driver gave us a map showing all of the businesses that are within walking distance of the hotel, and told us to book our shuttle already for the transfer back to the airport.

The beds were so comfortable! We ended up waiting in the sitting room since our plane was delayed. We were happy to be able to rest and watch TV. My only complaint is the couch needs to be cleaned.
