Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Filthy carpets, dirty bathroom floors, and an overcrowded lobby that felt more like a shelter than a hotel, with people seemingly living there full-time. They should have paid me to stay there. Completely overpriced for such a dump. Zero stars — avoid at all costs.

The rooms were extremely dirty, with the carpets turning your feet or socks black and multiple stains. The air-conditioning in the room did not work well enough to keep the room cool, the staff was dismissive or downright lied regarding addressing concerns.

The staff were overwhelmed, one of the two computers was down, & I asked them to call me a Taxi three times so I could get to the train station. Twice they did not and by the time the cab came,I was so delayed that I missed my train. And I had to spend $250 on a car rental and driving 5 1/2 hours very disappointed. Also, they don’t have tap to pay in the restaurant, but at least the room rooms were clean.

Pool was filthy and covered with algae. Locks on doors didn’t work. Changed rooms twice. Doors didn’t close tightly so could see light through the door jams. Very slow service at the front desk. Worst Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at many. No refund or discount offered. Please save your money and don’t stay here. For what was offered the room wasn’t worth more than $60 a night and you will surly pay at least 5 times that.

Do not be fooled by the pictures!! This hotel is incredibly old, dirty, and just ugly. The bathroom is old, with mold in the bathtub, the carpets are stained and the towels were dirty. I was completely fooled by the pictures, the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The only good thing about this hotel is the free parking. Do not stay here.
