The location was perfect but unfortunately there was major road work being done along Rue Ste Paul right outside the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was very nice. All in all and wonderful stay.

We paid for better room for two nights we were charged over $1400 Canadian. They put us in room 102 which backed into an alley. Most of the room is frosted glass and the delivery truck shows up at 5 AM for drop off for half an hour to 45 minutes. We complained and we asked them to put us to the room that we paid for. Second night they put us in the right room. No management contacted no compensation provided. The picture provided is a delivery truck at 5 AM delivering everything from laundry to food.

Nice small hotel, good breakfast and free special coffees. Room comfortable but bathroom very small. Great location in Old Montreal, but unfortunately Saint-Paul Street is still a disaster for a few blocks, early June 2025.

L’environnement extĂ©rieur est en rĂ©paration extrĂȘme. Ce problĂšme sera rĂ©glĂ© d’ici quelques mois (ou 6-12 mois). L’accueil Ă©tait super et le dĂ©jeuner inclus Ă©tait bien. On avait la chambre Medium, extrĂȘmement petit, plafonds trĂšs bas, mini fenĂȘtre donnant sur la ruelle donc trĂšs sombre. Salle de bain minuscule mal disposĂ©e. Moisissure dans tous les joints de la douche. Oreillers vides sans support. Éclairage de diffĂ©rents tons non ajustable. Pour le prix (300$/nuit) je m’attendais Ă  mieux.

Staff were great. Felt bad for the total as there is construction out front. At breakfast the desk staff were diligent about cleaning up so others could sit down as well as refilling the breakfast stock.

The room was large and lovely. We were on the second floor, which was easily accessible, but there was no view but a brick wall. The hotel was tucked away on a small street with great access to Old Town and the River. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
