Sandy Beach Resort, Magnolia Tower, condo 721
Located on the 7th floor of the Sandy Beach Resort this light filled, corner unit has a direct oceanfront view. Drink your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise. Relax by one of the many pools or head out to the beach.

The Sandy Beach Resort is modern and clean with lots of amenities. Featuring two heated outdoor pools, jacuzzi and kids splash area there are plenty of places to relax and cool off. For cooler days there is an indoor pool and lazy river.

We just completed a full renovation in September 2019 and added new tile flooring, fresh paint, all new lighting and furniture.

This condo is a one bedroom with two queen beds, kitchen and a separate living/dining room. It comfortably sleeps up to four adults or a small family.

The kitchen has granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with ice maker, four burner stove and oven. If you want to stay in and cook we have everything you need including pots, skillets, colander, cutting board, bowls, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, coffee pot and service for eight.

The living room is large with a comfy couch, chair, and smart tv. The dining area has a round table and comfortably seats four.

We are family friendly and have a pack play crib for infants, beach toys and board games for everyone to enjoy.

We provide linens and comforters, new comfy mattresses, cozy bath towels, and kitchen towels.

In the bathroom we have a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We try to provide all the little extras to make your stay an easy and relaxing one.

Amazing family get away !

The location and all of the amenities of the resort made it hard to leave and do anything else! The view from the balcony was a perfect spot to sit and enjoy our coffee in the mornings. The options of multiple different pools/hot tubs outside made it really fun to get out and swim without feeling overcrowded. Getting to the beach is super convenient anytime of day as well. My daughter loved that family kingdom was right across the street. I will always recommend this place to any small family traveling with littles!

The property was absolutely beautiful! You walk right out to the patio and have an amazing view of the ocean. The location couldn’t have been any better, you are in the heart of myrtle beach, within walking distance of a ton of attractions & a 15 minute drive to the rest! We have a 2 year old and a 1 year old, they both loved the pools that the property has to offer. With us having to bring a pack n play for our baby to sleep in, the bedroom was a little tight on space but other than that, I have 0 complaints. Claire was very accommodating as well and texted me her number before we even arrived for our stay, letting me know that she was reachable if we had any problems. With all of the amenities as well, this location is very affordable! We would definitely book again! :)

Claire was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure to tell us if there was anything we needed to let her know. The property was very clean and a great location. Right on the beach which made it great with little ones. Plenty of heated pools, exactly as described. The check in process was easy. Plenty of amenities and was perfect for our trip with our family of 5.

The condo was a little smaller than we thought but it served us perfectly! We stayed from Monday until Saturday. The condo was close to anything we wanted to do and it was perfect for viewing the ocean from our deck. The ocean access was great! All in all it was an amazing vacation!

I enjoyed the property. The location was nice and even with parking across the street it was easy to get to. I actually liked it better than being in a parking garage. The only thing that would have made things better is if we would have had more towels and wash clothes, but we made due. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ac worked well and the beach front view was really nice and relaxing. I was surprised to find out that all of the pools were heated, inside and out. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

We chose this condo for a Christmas getaway. The cost was very affordable. We loved that our balcony view was right on the beach. The mix of indoor and outdoor pools was nice for the cooler weather. The condo size was perfect for the two of us.The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was because the heating unit in the living room was noisy. We would definitely consider staying there again.

I will say that the resort it self needs some TLC. This was our 2nd stay at Sandy Beach, would definitely stay again, especially this unit. Wonderful stay!

We had a great time while we were in Myrtle Beach! There are a lot of fun things to do very close by to the condo and we loved that we were right on the beach. The condo itself was great and very clean. It has a pretty good amount of space and I loved that it came with beach chairs, beach toys and a pack n play - although we didn’t use them. Had we needed them though, it was wonderful that they were there. The communication with the owner was also great: anytime I had a question about anything, she was very quick in responding.

Great family location

Our family loves this property! The amazing location has access to great entertainment, food, shopping, and relaxation. Playing in one of the many pools, lounging on the beach, and even enjoying the views from the balcony made for a fantastic vacation. This cute beach condo was very clean upon arrival, had great amenities, and a very helpful and communicative host. We will definitely book this property again for future visits to Myrtle Beach!

The condo is in a good shape, located conveniently and it’s not too bad to have parking located across the street. There were beach chairs and some toys available which is nice to have at one’s disposal. The only bit that was not convenient is the absence of dryer hanging rack in case you do not wish to use laundry room everytime
