Staff was fantastic, room was serviced daily with new bedding and towels. Our room in particular was mostly quiet even with the wild street noise. We were located on the courtyard parking garage side. I would imagine the street side rooms were loud, but that is to be expected with a bourbon street hotel. The location was conveniently located to everything in the French Quarter. The pool was nice. No complaints with the 8 day stay, would stay again.

Hotel very convenient to a bunch of stuff. You can walk to some of the different tours meet up spots. Plenty of entertainment and food nearby. Staff were amazing and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

I literally cannot find ANYTHING bad to say about this hotel. Clean, quiet, very very friendly and approachable staff. TOP NOTCH LOCATION. Walkable to EVERYTHING!!!! Had a balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool. It was so lovely. I didn't get to try the restaurant/bar onsite but I was happy to know that such a convenience was available. And the king bed was Dreamy! I would recommend this hotel to Everyone!!! 10/10.

We called this hotel for 6 months to verify we would have 4 of our rooms together as we were celebrating our friends 10 year wedding anniversary. Upon check in we were informed our rooms were not together and this is not a guarantee even. But the worst part was there were no apologies and they were rather rude about the situation. Only 2 rooms were even in the same floor. The room I had the sink faucet was half broke, fan didn’t work and room needs updating. Definitely not the New Orleans I’ve grown to know of the usual southern hospitality from the 10 times I have visited the city. I’d highly recommend another hotel for your travels

Cannot beat the location for Bourbon Street. Easy walk to great restaurants and art galleries. Room was clean with great view of downtown skyline. Staff fantastic. Would recommend the cooking school class. Was educational fun. Great stay!

This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Bourbon street, so if staying there expect the noise of reveling late into the night; its location is convenient for being out and about on-foot in the French Quarter. The biggest issue for me was, as a wheelchair-bound person, I did find the accessibility features a bit challenging. I do understand that it's an old building with structural limitations for implementing certain accessibility features. That said, the toilet lacked hand rail bars, and I had to roll into the shower in order to transfer from my wheelchair to the toilet. We did enjoy the stay in spite of the challenges.

It is on Bourbon Street so expect the noise but it is centered to plenty of food, drink and other entertainment. Staff was very friendly and professional.
