The room had a noticeable smoke smell and wasn’t very clean. Housekeeping could definitely be improved. There was also limited space and not much drawer or storage room for clothes. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy. Breakfast was okay, though I wasn’t a fan of the paper plates. Another downside is that the hotel doesn’t really have a lobby or a proper driveway for valet parking.

Rooms are well maintain and spacious. Hotels is 12 floors building. Breakfast on the fourth floor. Gym on the 12 floor. Prime location. Close to the canal end Bourbon Street.
