Disappointing

Disappointed at the best. The hotel is well located the rooms are outdated, there is not complimentary nor for pay water in the rooms or coffee; or tea or things in the mini fridge. Everything id for purchase at a mini kiosk 20 stores down at the lobby. Not what you would expect for a 4 star hotel of a known brand. Nearby hoteles where I stay offer superior rooms and overall services with the same price, like Kimpton m, le Meridien and JW Marriot. Employees at front desk were cordial. But we are not staying at a Lowes hotel again.

Great walkable location near the Riverwalk Outlet malls, Cesar's palace and the French Quarter. Located in the warehouse district and walkable to the Garden district. There were many great restaurants nearby. The staff very friendly and helpful and it had a doorman and nice security measure in the hotel itself.
