It’s nice depending on the price. Has great pool/spa area with a sauna which may make it stand out above all the other nice hotels in the area but if you won’t be using the pool there are plenty nicer less expensive options around the French Quarter. Staff is okay but not all that friendly like you would expect at a hotel that cost $700 a night.

The hotel was so nice. Staff was always friendly and eager to help. In particular Kyrianne (the bartender late Thursday night)-she was the only bartender working after the large Sugar Bowl crowd arrived. She was professional, efficient, and friendly-and I am sure she wanted to go home bc the bar was supposed to close at 12-it did not!!

Check in with Amanda was great (she gave us a list of places to eat and visit during our stay) and so was check out with Cori (we even had a little chat about popular TV show's season finale). I loved the rooms, they smelled freshly cleaned. Every accommodation was provided and they welcome you every time you come in, it's so pleasant. Would highly recommend Loews and would stay here again.

Hotel has no microwave in room, so we lost money on food when bringing it back from restaurant. Not even a microwave in lobby or restaurant. We thru away lots of seafood.Also at check in 300 dollar hold on credit card but i was told at check out i owed 329 but they could not take money from 300 they were holding on credit card. So i had to pay 329 at check out and wait for the hold to be relesed on other credit card. Totally confusing. Money held on credit cards should be explained better not at check out explain at check in.

Customer service was really nice. Cleanliness was on point. Proximity to everything around the city was awesome. The only reason I docked a star was because of the amenities and decor. You can’t easily connect your smart phone to the tv and it won’t play live shows while streaming. I feel that the tv should be way nicer and updated. There’s also no beverages other than coffee in the room. Room service was not so great tasting. I personally don’t think it’s worth the cost, but it’s nice nonetheless. I’d stay here again, but when the cost is lower through the year. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful hotel and the lobby is so pretty.
