The room was very spacious for a New York City hotel room. But it was very old and plugging your phone and was not easy as all the plugs fall out of the wall and are in difficult locations. But it had everything you needed and ironing board a hairdryer the TV it was warm. The bed mattresses were terrible. But we were so tired. It didn’t matter. Breakfast was fabulous. They bring muffins and bagels from a bakery, and they are delicious and the coffee was good too. The location is great.

The bed was very uncomfortable, as were the pillow (too flat!) I usually am easy to please when it comes to bedding. The room was clean but very outdated. However, I thought the complimentary breakfast options were exceptionally good! And the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Room was basically furnished. Simple accommodations. Safe is antiquated and required a key to use. Hotel was quiet. Location was very good. Breakfast was a disappointment - just coffee, with other drinks in a vending machine. Hardly a continental breakfast!

We stayed 36 hours in NYC and this hotel was adequate. It is dated and the beds were squeaky but comfortable enough. Hot water in the shower. It was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Very nice staff! We did not eat breakfast but it is offered which is nice for NYC.

The hotel looks dated but is spotlessly clean, staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, in a lovely area with a subway station across the road and a friendly cosy bar next door. The only downside for us was there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, there is a free breakfast between 8-10am which we didn’t use as we were up and out before then exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
