Great stay!! My mom and I just spent 3 nights here and I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The location is perfect! Down the street from Macys and a few blocks away from Bryant Park. Will be back for sure! Thank you!

The staff was helpful and the location was great, however the hotel was awful. We had a room with two queen beds and 4 people in it. EVERY day they gave us towels for 3 and we had to constantly ask for more. The beds were so uncomfortable. When you sat on the edge both the mattress and box springs squashed down. We kept rolling towards the middle together. Our backs were killing us. One of the box springs had a few blood stains on it. The paint inside the bathtub was flaking off. The heating unit was incredibly noisy and the refrigerator had a loud hum all night. Housekeeping did not replenish our coffee/cups/sugar packs when they were gone. It was really run down and we paid almost $800 night because it was the period during the Tree Lighting.
