It's ok if you just want a place to sleep for the night. It could do with a good scrub and the windows could do with a clean. Shared bathroom was pretty clean though.

No elevator and shared bathrooms. In my opinion it’s worth $75 a night not $100+.

Check in was ok, room although clean was badly needing redecoration as many walls missing paint or old paint cracking and hanging off the walls. Air conditioning was very noisy but did the job. For the money paid I expected a better standard of nyc hotel room.

It was a no frills hotel. The location is right by the subway line, Chelsea Market and other food places. The room was small and the futon was somewhat broken but for the price and location you can’t beat it. If you need an elevator you won’t be able to stay.

It was mostly clean, but don't expect the same level of cleanliness as a corporate hotel. The staff was really nice and sweet. My room had a private bathroom, so it was really convenient. There is no elevator, so I had to take the stairs to the fifth floor every time.
