Group of 7 for the eclipse weekend.
Plenty of room for us. Beds were comfortable. Hot water for all showers. Location to Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and wineries was perfect.
I do recommend that you bring washcloths. Kitchen, hand bath towels are provided.
Spacious yet quirky set up. Beds comfy with lovely linen and towels. Kitchen well equipped. Dinning room large and comfortable.
Living room sofa was most uncomfortable and in bad condition. 3 of 4 bedrooms are really in the basement 2 of which are very dark, no closet space at all!
The place could also use some simple directions re: where are the towels? How to work tv and a list of channels, where to find the wifi code, small things really but it would make entry smoother.
Craig did respond to all inquires quickly.
We were delighted with this property. Seven of us senior women friends planned a few days in the Niagara region. The location was perfect for day trips, being close to many wineries and other tourist spots. Our host also put us in touch with a private chef who cooked us an outstanding meal. The house had great indoor and outdoor gathering spots, the kitchen was well equipped and the host quickly responded to any needs. The bedrooms were as shown in the photos - perfect for us. The whole house was very clean. The one caution would be that one of the lower floor bedrooms shares a wall with the pump room (well?), so minimal water use after bedtime is suggested.
I would highly recommend this property to any family or group who want to be in a relaxing, rural setting while touring the sights of Niagara.
Fantastic property and really appreciated the decor and the amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed the log fireplace- such a treat. The deck is great looking out to the trees and ravine, very peaceful. Our host was excellent and even brought over more logs for the fire.

We had 10 people here for my mom's birthday. The house has everything you need, we comfortably sat 10 at the table for supper. Craig was quick to answer any questions we had. The property is rural, which was nice for us, but is really close to St Catherine's for groceries or restaurants. Very quick drive to the falls. The property was beautiful and my kids enjoyed exploring it. The only complaint I had is the sheets smell like gain detergent, which most love but bothers my sinuses. I would stay again if I ever had a gathering in the Niagara region.
Open space on main floor. Good number of beds and bathrooms for 8 people. Large well stocked kitchen and dining table that fits 8 or more. TV watching area a bit tight so we moved a few chairs up to all sit together. Had an issue with the furnace squealing on the second night so it was shut off for the next day and final night. Landlord tried to call someone but it was weekend so luckily not too chilly yet. My friends feel that we should be compensated for having no heat for half the visit instead of just getting an â Iâm sorryâ. Water pump is quite loud in basement bed room beside the furnace and water pump room which is annoying when youâre trying to sleep if toilet is flushed or water turned on.
We had a great time. House was clean and lots of natural light. Beds were very comfortable for all. It was very easy to get everywhere, from golf courses, wine tasting, Niagara Falls, all within 10-20 minutes or so. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Craig's home was an absolutely perfect place for our family to stay for our daughter's wedding held in Niagara. There was plenty of space for the girls to get ready and all rooms we spotless and the kitchen well equipped.
It is super convenient to grocery stores and within easy driving distance of Niagara attractions.
We would definitely stay again.
Our kids have never been to Niagara Falls. Craigâs VRBO was an excellent home for our family to gather (7), visit the area and hang out. We at 1 dinner out, rest at the house. Kitchen is very modern and dining area could seat 10 comfortably (we invited friends who live in the area for dinner 1 night). We enjoyed sitting out on the deck for Happy Hour and sitting around the table after dinner playing cards. Planting of cook ware and table settings - sharp knives were SHARP!! Plenty of hot water for our crew. We really enjoyed our stay, would stay again.
We just stayed at this house for a month and it was perfect. You couldnât ask for a cleaner house. Craig was great at communicating and made the process really easy. We will definitely be back. Great location, as well. Very close to everything yet still very private.
They say that three timeâs a charm, and our stay was that and more. Itâs always such a relaxing time in a beautiful setting with so much to do and see. This time we visited as Fall was approaching so the nearby wineries are festive, leaves are changing and the air is so crisp.
We love Craig and Staceyâs home. Itâs welcoming, clean, comfortable and we never really want to leave. The kitchen is great for cooking while socializing and the long kitchen table is calling out for your board games. And the beds- so so cozy. Looking forward to be back, for sure!!
This home is fully open concept with lots of room for 10 people. We rented this home as it was proximity to my daughters wedding venue! Craig was very responsive when there was an issue that needed fixing immediately! Thank you for a great stay. The home is beautiful
The house was impeccably clean and well stocked. The beds and rooms all felt clean and comfy. Best part is the house felt secluded and private and the little backyard trail was so unexpected and serene. Definitely one of the best properties Iâve ever stayed at!
This comfortable and well equipped house is located at the intersection of Highways 28 and 81--10" down 28 brings you to the Henry of Pelham Winery and a few minutes further to Short Hills Provincial Park with its numerous walking trails; while turning east on highway 81 (St Paul Street) takes you through the heart of the Beamsville wine route. Enjoy!
This was our second stay, and this time we brought more of our family. The home is just exceptional! Itâs bright, spacious, comfortable and decorated with such an inviting modern farmhouse vibe. Wineries are very close by (13th Street - quiche masters, Henry of Pelham) but also make sure to visit the neighbourhood gems: The Red Barn (the best scones in the universe, baked goods, fresh produce, fun frozen yoghurt), Blossom Bakery (go early for the warm sour dough bread), the Watering Can (itâs not just your average plant nursery) ..... but then come back to unwind and enjoy it all back to what you will gladly call (temporarily) home.
We have stayed in VRBO'S for the last 12 years and this is at the top. The house is clean, spacious and well laid out, but the best part of the house is the owners, Craig and Stacey. They went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever. We would go back to this house in a heartbeat.
What a beautiful home on beautiful grounds - comfortable, spacious, new, top notch! The owners have put love and care in to this house and all the details to make your stay the best possible. We just loved it! Itâs also perfect for a quiet getaway close enough to Vineland, Niagara and other natural escapes. The owner is very accessible and accommodating. Itâs a true gem.
