This is a contemporary and fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo unit. All rooms feature wood flooring. We have taken professional care to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization, with extra precautions for disinfection to protect our guests.

The condo boasts a beautiful and modern master suite with a King-sized bed, a second bedroom with two full-sized beds, and a third bedroom with two full-sized beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed available at the living room. This condo can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

For families with young children, we offer a portable crib (Pack and Play) and highchair at no extra charge. Each room is equipped with a 40" LED smart TV, while the living room features a 50" TV. Cable tv is available. Free high-speed internet Wi-Fi is also available.

The modern and open kitchen includes a spacious granite countertop and comes fully equipped with appliances, including a regular coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, waffle toaster, dishwasher, blender, dishes, cookware, and silverware—everything you need for a home away from home experience.

There are two full bathrooms equipped with towels and a hairdryer for your convenience. In-unit amenities also include a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The condo is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.

Situated on the third floor, with elevator access, our community features a heated resort-style pool with kids splash zone , firepit areas, jacuzzi and Pool Bar. Free parking is conveniently located in front of the building.

Within the condo complex, you'll find a Publix market and a Walgreens, as well as a clubhouse with a heated pool, Tiki bar, and convenience shop. Vista Cay is a gated community, providing an extra layer of security.
