Great Stay.

Rolm was clean and tidy. Bed and pillows very comfortable. In very central location, brilliant for exploring and everything so walkable. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Gteat laundry facilites in the basement and nice lounge, quiet room and games room. Few maintemance issues that we flagged to staff. All in all very good.

The staff were excellent!! My issues are other things. The room was mostly clean, just some crumbs under the chairs and whatnot that got missed. The bed didn’t have a top sheet, it was just the bottom sheet and a duvet which is weird. The essentials bar didn’t have any feminine products either and when I asked at the front desk they couldn’t provide one either. The second elevator was also down the entire time I was there, and I got an email the day after I checked out saying it was down. Just a bit behind on the communication.

Great place to stay downtown Ottawa. I parked at the NCA which was surprisingly affordable. Walkable to all the sites, good shopping and restos nearby. Room was great but the second elevator was out of service. Had to walk down nine flights of stairs after not being able to get on two rides by. Not a big deal for me but not ideal. Still, recommend!

This is a great place to stay. Minutes of walking to Parliament Hill, Rideau Canal, National Art Gallery, and Byward Market. Tons of restaurants and parks. A very clean quiet hotel with friendly,helpful staff. The studio has all you need if you want to eat in. Lockers and public rooms available all day after you check out.

Property situated in good area, close to main attractions. The use of your mobile phone as a key was very helpful avoiding the need to memorise the pin. Room was spacious with all expected amenities. Our room was located on the second floor and next to a courtyard. It was rather noisy, but thankfully it settled and we were able to get some sleep. The tv was also not opposite the bed, but off to the right, which made viewing uncomfortable.

I chose the Sonder simply because it was close to the NAC but I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the apartment was. I slept really well, it was quiet in the unit, and the staff were lovely.
