We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always fiund it to be excellent, but things were definitely slipping. The filmy curtains in our first room were severely ripped, and had a small rip in our second room. We were surprised. But Dyson was very helpful when we checked in. Disappointingly, the restaurant menu had also greatly changed and the only 2 things that were gluten free both contained nuts, which is also a serious allergy for one of us. We've always enjoyed the restaurant but instead had to go out in search of somewhere else to eat on Thanksgiving Sunday without a reservation.

Our stay was amazing. Easy to find, easy underground parking. Easy check in the staff were amazing. Room was big and spacious and very clean. It was exactly like picture of the room I reserved. Hotel was great to a lot of walkable things we wanted to do. Restaurant was very clean excellent. Would definitly y stay there again.

I reserved and prepaid in full a room with king sized bed and they did not honor my reservation and gave be a room with 2 smaller beds because i did not check in early enough (i checked in before 11pm on a Saturday)!!!!??? Then my room had k-cups in it for coffee but no coffee machine…anyway, quite disappointed and do not recommend as I find this way of doing business quite unprofessional

Had an issue with parking, recieved a warning on my parking by security. There was no issue, parked in a spot, did not double park. How much money is made by them ticketing tourists that are not sure.

Horrible management. Check-in took 45 minutes. We were second in line. One person was there to check-in guests on a Saturday night - the front desk man was SO nice but poorly trained - rooms weren't ready by 9pm ( check-in was at 4pm) Manager charged me twice, a week later I still have not been refunded. Lovely hotel, nice room, great breakfast but the service was atrocious.

Great location! Clean and upscale in appearance

Great location near downtown Ottawa. We were able to walk to the Rideau Center and government buildings. The hotel was clean and nice appearing.
