A sectional sofa provides ample seating space while you enjoy your favorite show or movie on the 65-inch Smart TV.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The spacious and private yard offers plenty of room for relaxation in seclusion. The outdoor dining table has ample shade and can comfortably seat 6 people. The sectional seating around the fire feature is ideal for unwinding, enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, and staying cozy on cooler nights. The pool and spa, situated on the north side of the property, receive ample sunlight exposure year-round, making it perfect for you and your loved ones.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom, located on the east side, features a king bed, 65-inch Smart TV, dual nightstand, ceiling fan, and convenient access to a spacious main bath and walk-in closet. The main bath features a shower, soaking tub, and dual nightstands. The guest room, located on the west side of the home, features a queen bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, and a large closet. Palm Desert Retreat
Excellent rental with no issues. Great location and the house had everything we needed. Nice den for working and then retreat to the huge backyard and pool/spa (no extra charge for using the spa was a plus). All the appliances looked new and first rate. Nice TVs, beds, bedding & towels too. We really enjoyed our stay.
