"I loved the location of the hotel right in the heart of everything. Easy walking distance to Trafalgar Square, West End shows, Covent Garden, Chinatown and several tube stations. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and cheerful. "

"It is obviously the basics but perfect for two or maybe three nights somewhere. The only things I didn’t like were no windows in the one we stayed in and nowhere to hang clothing otherwise it was great! "

"Enjoyed our stay, but the choice of using frosted glass for the walls and doors to the toilet and shower is an odd one. Though you can't see detail there is no hiding what you are doing."

"Wow - what a beautiful hotel. We stayed in an atrium room that gave us partial views of Big Ben (Elizabeth Tower!) and Westminster. The room was big and bed was comfy, with a great shower and bath. The hotel was in a fantastic position for exploring London for a week! We had the best time 😊 "

" The view we had from the room was spectacular. A few floors higher would have been better to be above the tree line, but didn’t disappoint. The staff was outstanding and friendly. I even found a hidden Starbucks inside (bonus) but did hours and limited food selections. The proximity to Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the Uber Boats were awesome. "
