BE FOREWARNED ... STAY AWAY from this property!!!

We have travelled the world over the last 40+ years ... with thousands of hotel & apartment bookings in several countries. This is THE WORST BOOKING in our lives!!! Check-in took over an hour ... and check-out took nearly 3 hours!#$!!!! The owner was incredibly arrogant and rude ... he was unapologetic and he expected us to be grateful and indulgent!!! The private owner of this particular condotel apartment insisted on payment IN CASH albeit our confirmed credit card booking through the Hotels.com site and he refused to provide a receipt as proof of our payment. DO NOT BE DECEIVED by the photos of the place. The bed is lumpy and rock hard. The towels, pillows and bed linen smell rancid. The bathroom smells of sewage. The air-conditioning does not work. The refrigerator does not work. The floor was dirty and sandy throughout the entire apartment. Both the property and the private owner of this property are a disgrace to the hospitality industry. They should be removed from the Hotels.com and other booking platforms!!!
