Luxury Condo in Playa Del Carmen

Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a full size bed. It is ideally located and provides easy access to the nearby beach, restaurants, bars, and attractions. Just 2 miles from Playa del Carmen where there are several local restaurants, bars, and shops. You can also catch a ferry to Cozumel or a bus to Chichen Itza or Tulum. Their is a nearby shopping center and casino. There are many nearby parks within a short drive, such as XCaret, Xplore, and Xenotes. The condo has 24 hour security, free parking, a gym, a pool table, and bar service by the pool. If you do not wish to drive to the parks or archeological sites, many offer bus pick-up service. The closest stop to the condo is "Plaza de las Perlas". Also, Taxis are readily available, or if you are okay with driving, you can easily rent a car. There is air conditioning throughout the condo.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The security was so helpful to show us our parking spot and brought us up to our door. The pool is large and clean. There is ourside space for grilling and hanging out. Our host was very responsive to messages to any questions we had. Highly recommend staying at this property. We would definitely stay here in the future

Amazing

Property/apartment was clean, quiet, relaxing, and all around nice. We will definitely stay here again. Security guards super helpful specially with transportation. Nice to walk a few blocks to the grocery store. Host responded quickly and provided everything for easy access to the building and apartment.

Very nice condo in PDC

We had a wonderfully time in Valle Aurora (google maps). It is a bit outside the main center so it was really calm and safe neighbour hood. Amazing cheap street food three corners away and two regular restaurant 100 meters away and the super Aki is 10 minutes by walk. The 3 bedrooms apartment had everything we needed and was really comfortable. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation for the quality/value it offers. super clean at arrival w

Great place to stay but…

Host was very uncommunicative! Never sent check in instructions and had to wait two hours outside if the door till Angela was able to send me the code to the lock box. Was on hold with VRBO for a long time till they provided her secondary from of contact so that we may get the lock box key to the apartment. Never had a worst host in my experience with VRBO. Apartment was clean, and in a good location. No toiletries or water for drinking was available upon checking in. Apartment has plenty of rules that are not followed and had multiple nights where down stairs neighbors threw a party at night and had little sleep. There is a washer and drier but no detergent was available. Summary: nice home and location but host does not provide basics for normal check in accommodations. This stay is a solid 2 stars because of bad host. Sadly, it’s a nice spot but the host made this stay very un-accommodating.
