Beachfront ground floor unit featuring, 2-bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, stunning turquoise views of the Caribbean, a private beach area with Palapa's, and some of the most colorful sunrises/sunsets. Inside our spacious oceanfront home, enjoy the quality kitchen amenities, such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, microwave, toaster, ninja blender, yeti cups, coffee pot, Cutco table knives, Wusthof gourmet knives, quality pots/pans, and many kitchen gadgets - just like home. The 10’ ceilings and our open floor plan make the kitchen/dining/living room areas feel even more spacious. Larger sliding patio doors in the living room and beachfront bedroom allow for awesome views. More interior features are; marble floors, cherry cabinets, ceilings fans, flat-screen TV’s, mini-split air conditioning units, fans, and comfy, modern furniture. The two 14’ x 14’ bedrooms are equipped with king beds, king pillows, quality linens, double closets, and end tables on each side of the bed. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, hairdryers, curling iron, towels, and walk-in tiled showers. The oceanfront bedroom and living room feature sliding glass patio doors for easy patio access and amazing views. If you decide to wash clothes on vacation our place has a laundry room equipped with a stackable washer and dryer. Come relax and soak up the sun, cool down in our swimming pool or enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches. Stroll up to our rooftop deck by elevator or stairs and enjoy the incredible 360-degree views of the ocean, jungle, and our quaint town. Hungry, thirsty, or looking for entertainment? Just walk on over to our neighboring property Un!co Beach or The Dive Bar, where you’ll find great food, refreshing drinks, live music, and if you’re looking to relax even more, schedule a massage. Plenty of local restaurants, boutique shops, and the Chedraui grocery store are all just a short 10-15-minute walk. The fresh fish and farmers market is downtown as well. If your family and friends are interested in cooking at the condo, we have a gas stove/range inside the unit, and on our back patio is a Weber BBQ grill. A natural barrier reef (Mesoamerican reef) protects our shoreline, offering safe swimming for everyone. Excellent snorkeling nearby so be sure and book with Lighthouse Tours or ask us for more information. Some other included amenities we offer our guests; purified drinking water, outdoor chairs, loungers, and dining table, reusable shopping bags, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, Free WIFI, board games, dice, fans, yoga mats, pool floaties, 2 bodyboards, hand soap, dish soap, and basic cleaning supplies. We have a local list of restaurants and excursions in our welcome book located on the living room office desk. The kitchen is not stocked with any food, spices, or condiments. Absolutely NO smoking inside our unit. An additional bonus, our property manager lives on-site and is here to answer or help with any questions that may arise during your stay with us. Outstanding unit, and property! Everything exceeded our expectations. The unit is the most fully stocked of any place we've stayed. They have absolutely everything you could possible need, and more. The unit and property is extremely clean and orderly, and well maintained. The owner (Luke) was incredibly responsive from beginning to end. Ramon, and the onsite team were also fantastic. Location is also fantastic. Condo, patio, pool, and beach are situated to make it feel like you're at a resort. We walked everywhere, with so many great restaurants, bars, and activities. Regardless of the time of day or night, we were always safe and comfortable. And, residents and employees of Puerto Morelos were friendly and helpful. We also met other vacationers that have been staying at the property every year, for years.We've stayed in the Cancun and Tulum area for several years, including several all inclusive properties, and this one has now become our favorite. We will be back.

Look no further. The location is perfect - steps to a beautiful pool or beach for a swim. Two beach bars next door for lunch and live music. A 10 minute walk to town where you will find an endless number of restaurants. Be sure to try Taninos and John Gray's. The condo is well appointed and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the hosts were great to work with.

Well equipped

This condo had everything you might need to cook all your meals. We were lazy, eating in a few times but usually chose late breakfast and dinner in town. We loved the ground floor and the location of the unit in the complex. Most of the day there was shade available on either patio and if we wanted sun there was lots of it on the pool deck. We appreciated how big the unit was and that it had two master bedrooms with their own bathroom facilities.

Love this condo !

We absolutely loved this condo. Have stayed in area many times, in fact at Ocean homes before, but this condo was the best ! Very well equipped, and beautifully decorated. Got to go to our our beach area, even though beach was closed due to coved. Ramone was great, got me chairs at palapa on beach, super friendly ! Great location, we definitely plan on comming back to your beautiful home away from home !

Great stay... period

I have been coming here for 19 years now and Luke was definitely a part of making another great trip. He and Ramon made things work for our time and it was greatly appreciated. Now, the Covid19 causing us to get home before the border closes is another thing. Hey, not all trips can be winners, but these guys did their part to make it comfortable for yet another stay in PM! Thanks a lot!

Amazing beachfront condo

We had such a lovely time! Owners were very well organized and responsive. Ramon (property manager) was amazing and helpful. Condo was neat and tidy and well stocked. First floor unit is great if you have kids—you can have a drink on the patio and still see them in the pool. Unico beach club is next door if you need a day or two of the all inclusive feel. Would recommend! 10/10

Ocean Homes Condo.

Two couples had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and elegant and comfortable. The patio was a nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee or a drink. Being on the beach was convenient. We enjoyed the sunrises and long walks. We had the cleaners come half way through the week and this was a nice touch. Every evening, we walked to town for dinner and used the list of restaurants left by the owners. We enjoyed every dinner One of our party needed to have a gluten free menu and every restaurant was able to provide suggestions.

Fantastic getaway!

We loved the view and easy beach access from this condo! The condo was well-maintained with lots of floats for the pool, which is a nice size and fun design for all to enjoy. We loved the view and pool access from being on the ground floor. Being next to Unico restaurant was convenient, and we enjoyed a few other restaurants in the town as well. The walk on the beach to town was wonderful and the snorkeling was a true highlight for our trip. It was the first time our kids had snorkeled and our guide and the reef were truly great - we hope to be back!

Wonderful stay at Ocean Homes, Puerto Morelos

The location of the unit we stayed in at Ocean Homes was excellent. It was the perfect location. There was a beautiful outside area with pools that looked right out onto the beach. The condo was modern and fairly nice. There was a consistent problem with sugar ants and a few larger insects (inside) that was quite disappointing however. Although it was quite new, it just wasn't as clean as it should be for luxury stay.

We loved the Ocean Homes condo. It far exceeded our expectations. Everything was fresh and clean!!!

We loved the easy access to the beach side. Location is perfect for a good stroll into town. The kitchen is well stocked and a pleasure to work in. Beds are super comfy. Towels are soft and fluffy. All restaurants are within a good walking distance. We don't normally book with a pool being so close to the ocean but found this time it was very refreshing. Loved having our breakfast on the patio and afternoon happy hour in the shade. No complaints from any of us. We loved Puerto Morelos and will be back.

Perfect location and condo for a family trip

We stayed at Ocean Homes for one week in January, and we are so happy that we chose this as our spot in Puerto Morelos. We traveled as a family with our toddler. Puerto Morelos is a safe beach town. The owner and property manager were very accommodating to us (they were able to provide a playpen so that we didn't have to bring our own). They had many great recommendations as to where to eat and trips to take. The apartment itself is very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen so that you can cook some meals for yourself. There is a large supermarket in town (Chedruai) that is a short 10 minute walk on the beach or on the road. It has everything you might need and more. Similar to a Superstore here in Canada. However, there are a variety of restaurants so you don't really need to cook if you don't want to. We loved the big and comfortable king size beds. The ground floor location was also key for us, as we could literally open the door and be right by the pool or right on the beach. This was so convenient with a small child since there was no time wasting getting to and from the beach or pool. Some of the activities we did were renting a car and driving to Coba to see the ruins. Coba is wonderful because it's shaded so you can enjoy the whole day there without worrying about getting too much sun. We stopped at a Cenote on the way home. We also did a day trip to Akumal where you can snorkel with turtles. We also did a snorkeling trip with Jesus from Unico Beach (beach club right next door). He was an excellent guide, who took us out to the reef for over two hours where we saw many types of fish, sting rays and beautiful coral. We also loved happy hour at Unico Beach from 4 - 5 where they had 2 for 1 drinks and live music. If we have any advice for you, it's to stop searching for another property, this is the one! You will have a wonderful vacation here :)
