Didn't want to leave!

What a beautiful apartment with an exceptional view. Lots of room for 2 people and everything you need in the kitchen. Pool area is enjoyable and minutes to walk to the malecon, beaches and restaurants.

Pros:Property grounds are immaculate and very lush. Condo has great views, nice living room and outdoor furniture. Kitchen is well stocked. Close to town.Cons: Condo was missing listed amenities; smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and toilet seat needed replacing. I emailed the owner about it and also the propane tank was empty (also no bbq utensils). I had to follow up with a phone call. Owner was very nice and had the propane tank replaced but I never heard from him again about the other items. Would also be helpful to have instructions for the tvs as we couldn’t get them to work. Minor deficiencies and we did enjoy our stay overall.

Very nice unit

Well kept, well equipped, great ocean view, . Unit also decorated nicely, with a large balcony.Lots of steps in complex, and to get downtown.Taxis are available. At a reasonable cost.Overall a great place to stay.

Unbeatable Views!

Wonderful five day stay as advertised. Pictures don’t do the views justice. Watched whales play in the bay right from bed. The walk uphill from the Malecón is great way to counter the delicious food. Would stay again.

Nice property with a beautiful view... but

We were pleased with the view and the property and pool were very nice. Lots of stairs but we knew that.The unit had a few issues. The sliding doors were very hard to close. We left them open the whole time. There was a fan in living room but the string to start it was broken.There was supposed to be wifi instructions in the unit. There were none. Only a cryptic note about a password. Contacted the owner and he didn't know the name of the network. We figured it out together but it was frustrating. We asked a week before we came for a late check out and were told it would be fine by the owner. However on our last day we were told no late check out. This owner seemed to not be aware of what was going on with the rental. Nice man but clueless.

Views for days

My wife and I loved the condo and the property. The condo was very clean and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook. It even has a blender!! The condo has a nice breeze from both sides which helped keep you cool at night. The views from the private balcony were great. The pool area is nice and quiet but perfect for what we wanted. Our hosts were wonderful and we would absolutely book again!! Thanks for a memorable trip.

Epic View

What I want in a holiday home is a view I never get tired of, comfortable patio furniture and a fridge full of drinks nearby. This also provides a great bed and pillows, excellent shower, spotless condo and grounds, beautiful pool, and closets and cupboards full of quality dishes and luxurious linens that made me feel spoiled. The trek up the hill was a challenge, but the location is worth it, and the area is so worth discovering.

Excellent Condo!

We had a great time in PV and I would stay at this condo again - amazing views and could see whales going by a few times given the view. Well appointed condo, very updated and easy check-in.

Nice Views and well stocked condo

This condo was extremely well prepared with much attention to detail that made it easy to stay in. It was first rate. The view is superb, with the town below and the expanse of the Bay of Banderas before you as you stand on the balcony. The breezes off the sea and mountains flow easily through the space, making the day and night temperatures nice. You have everything you need to cook and prep for your PV adventures. We would stay here again. Our host's communication was timely and easy.
