Lovely resort. Staff was so very helpful especially johnfry. Restaurants were easy to make reservations and food was excellent

found a cockroach in the aquarium buffet, the employees in the reception area do not have the ability to solve complications and some employees do not have education, they play a lot, they talk without respect

We didn't realize it was a part of a bigger resort. There were two adult sections Grand Aquamarine and Ambar. The Grand Aquamarine didn't have access to everything whereas Ambar did. They were both adult-only but some of the restaurants were in the kid section so you had to check where if you wanted to stay away from kids. Overall. We enjoyed our time and liked it but would book at Bahi Principe Ambar next time.

We enjoyed our stay. The outside of the property was well kept and clean. The rooms were average and clean.
We had 2 rooms booked for our group. 1 room had a leak and a wet smell. The other room was fine.

Since it’s an all inclusive, it should include more alcohol. A lot of alcohol had to be paid for.
