⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at SLS Playa Mujeres! I had an amazing time at SLS Playa Mujeres! The swim-up bar was my favorite — Enrique made great drinks and was super friendly. Chef Israel at Cleo’s was incredible; the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. I also loved Twiggy, the poolside restaurant — everything I tried was delicious. The resort itself is gorgeous with stunning views, a relaxing vibe, and an amazing spa. I left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to come back!

This hotel has all the makings of a five star resort think opportunity to become a hotel that's easily on par with the rosewood on four seasons brand. The food was absolutely outstanding for an all-inclusive. The vibe in the Italian restaurant made me feel like I was in a cute small butt hip restaurant in New York City in Soho. The steakhouse had incredible steaks that tasted like they were freshly grilled on a hot Cole grill. I'm not a big drinker, but I had a glass of wine each night and I was impressed with the house, Merlot. Our server by the pool in our cabana, Eliseo was so happy and nice and did a fantastic job. And general, I would say all of the Wait staff that we had were amazing so helpful. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. It feels like a tropical getaway with a fabulous Gem, coffee, bar, and juice bar. I love the grounds. There is a lotta walking if you have an injury, it can kind of wear on you. The beach was actually great. Very small white sand with very little seaweed. The pools were fabulous lots of slides for kids. The adult pool had loud music throughout most of the day. I think they need a quiet vibe Pool. The only reason I'm not giving the hotel a five star is because there was some issues with the way the initial manager handled a problem with my room. But once I emailed Hotel management, my issues were handled very well by the manager Xavier. I would definitely return.

My favorite things about SLS is the landscaping, café, and the restaurant. The landscaping is beautiful, the food is delicious in the café stays open late.

Absolutely loved our stay at SLS Playa Mujeres! The food was next-level and honestly some of the best I’ve ever had at a resort, not just in Mexico. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful the entire time. You can tell they really care about making your stay special. Our room was stunning, modern, super clean, and really comfortable. The whole property has a stylish, luxury vibe without feeling too formal. Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to come back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time leaving the country with our four year old, so we wanted family-friendly and high quality...the property is very much both. The staff were always professional and genuinely hospitable. This was immediately felt when we arrived at the property and got out of our vehicle. Honestly, it was but overwhelming after a long day of flying, but I know they had the best intentions. Our room was excellent with a great view and enough room for the three of us. It was nice having the free mini bar as a VIP perk. I usually avoid that extra cost. I would suggest having bedding for the fold out bed already in the room instead of having to order it from housekeeping, but even that was easy to do from the web app on my phone. All of the restaurants were great, from the breakfast buffet to the food at the beach/pool. I know we went at a more quiet time of the year, but it was great to have the beach and whole sections of the pool practically to ourselves. Both of which were fun and relaxing with convenient food and drink service. We did inevitably forget two things and had to buy them at the onsite stores; the prices were pretty high, but I've seen worse elsewhere. We will definitely return here in the future and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to relax at a quality resort and not have to think about anything except what time you want to eat and how long you want to be by the water.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at SLS Playa Mujeres. The resort its self is beautiful. the views were fantastic and food was top notch. Upon arriving we upgraded to the specialty suite on a corner. This included two balcony's, the main one looking out to the ocean and the one on the side had the two person hot tub over looking the marina and more importantly the pirate ship! The room had everything we needed, was nice and cool all the time and was well laid out. I don't think I would change anything in the room, it was great the way it was. In our experience the food in all an inclusive seems to go from terrible to ok but at SLS Playa Mujeres

Service needs improvement - many errors when taking restaurant orders and experienced delays/mixups when receiving food, checkin and checkout was slow, time consuming, and hectic (in comparison to another resort experience we had). Resort is still building out some restaurants, so lunch options were limited. Dinner options were also closed on random days so we had to really plan ahead. Overall beautiful place to stay and mostly friendly staff, wonderful place for kids
