The room was dirty with hair all over the bathroom floor. Bed was not made on the bunk beds and there was grease stains on the main bed of the room.

The wifi didn’t work, the cable didn’t work, the outlets in the room are worn so they won’t hold a plug in. The furniture in the room looked like it was picked up for free and spray painted. We had someone who i assume worked for the hotel walk into our room but didn’t speak English and couldn’t tell us anything except that we needed to check out (this was hours before check out time)

The supervisor there is very friendly!! We didnt like the bed it was very lop sided. However the breakfast, pool was amazing!! The location swemed sketchy so its bestto part in the garage.

Our room was right below the Breakfast room so we were woken every morning at 6:30 AM by loud noise of 30 to 40 people eating breakfast above us. So, the Best Western agreed to refund us $87.46 for the inconvenience of the room and the noisiness and they said that we would be refunded by Expedia so can you follow up with me to see if that refund has been processed? Thank you.

This place was great for our family of 6. The bunkbeds were a welcomed addition so everyone could sleep separately. The staff were some of the friendliest we've encountered. The breakfast was good but repetative if you are staying for long than a couple nights. The laundry facilities were great and the rooms were clean. If your room is facing the pool it is loud but quiets around 10pm. The parking underneath is monitored. A fellow guest decided to park on the rd vs paying for parking and her car was broken into one night.

Dislikes: Parking should free. Paid deposit upon checkin only to find out it there was additional parking fee for inside parking. We ended up parking outside the property making it unsafe. Need new pillows. Sink pipes were leaking and our towels kept getting wet. Cove base needs re caulked. Overall it was quiet and breakfast was good.
