Our family loved this home. It was easy walking distance to the beach. But if you didn’t feel like the walk, you could sit out on the balcony and see the ocean. The check-in was so easy because of the diagrams that were included by the host. This home was centrally located to everything that we wanted to do. They had everything that we could possibly need from beach towels, chairs, and even boogie board. We definitely will be going back.

Great little vacation spot

We spent nearly a week within walking distance of the beach and Belmont Park. There were plenty of towels and some beach gear for our use. The outdoor patio was the perfect place to enjoy a meal.

Daughter's 15th Bday Beach Getaway

This was a much needed getaway for my family and I. It was awesome to be steps from the beach and Belmont Park boardwalk. Loved all of the amenities the house including the beach essentials in the garage and bbq overlooking the beach!

Perfect family time!

The location is perfect right by the beach and walkable to Belmont park and restaurants. The home was perfect in terms of amenities, cleanliness and location. Only drawback is a small garage, you cannot fit a large suv. A definite recommend.

Nice location and views.

The place is a little older, and there were several "age"issues; however, for the most part, it is a wonderful place to stay. I have used VRBO many times, and we also have vacation rentals through VRBO; rarely do we have to call the management company; they were a little distant, and communication was not always clear, but the individuals who came by to address the property issues were excellent, and very personable.

Fabulous location

This rental was more than we expected. While not directly on the boardwalk, we actually loved that part of it...only steps to the beach but much quieter. Fantastic views and home was very well supplied with all you need. 2.5 baths was a plus.

Great location, but it is a very busy location next to the Belmont Park. Close walking to beach and food. Has lots of kitchen dishes for kids and adults so it was easy to cook. Appreciated the large bottles of soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent. It is family friendly but has a lot of stairs. It doesn’t have AC but we knew that going in. It was a very pretty view on the top deck and if you walk across the street you can see fireworks from Seaworld. I would book again.

Awesome Mission Beach Property

This property was perfect for our family's Mission Beach vacation. It is about 1/2 block from the Mission Beach sand and a very short walk from Belmont Park. The property appears to have been recently remodeled, is comfortable and spacious, and has a great deck with a beautiful view of Mission Beach. We could not have been more pleased!

The property was as described with plenty of room. It had all the necessary amenities. It was nice to have beach towels and boogie boards to use. The only thing the unit could add is bikes for the guests.

Great weekend getaway

this rental was great for our group, incredible location & proximity to everything we were looking for. Tidy place; everything felt relatively new and renovated. 710 made for a super easy host to deal with sending text notifications and helping the contactless check-in experience work wonderfully. Look forward to our next trip hopefully more in the heat of beach season to really take full advantage of a cool beach/park property like this one

Nice stay with good location

We have one family with a baby and a toddler along with 2 other friends. The place is awesome, very clean, quiet, well equipped. The living room is spacious with a good beach view. The place is also very convenient, within walking distance you can get to bars, convenient store, bike rental, restaurants, etc. Last but not the least, we love the shower with strong pressure!! We recommend this place to family or friends getaway!
