"The location was great. We were able to find good eats at several nearby restaurants. We walked around the Times Square area and the garment district. Next day we caught #1 to South Ferry to visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. I contacted them ahead of time for an early check in. No guarantees, but they said they’d try. When we arrived at 9:00 am they said check back at noon. We left our luggage in their luggage room. At 12:00, we checked in, 3 hours early. We chose the bunk beds room. Each bunk had their own TV. There was a desk. No closet, but there were hooks and hangers and a luggage rack. Good enough. We moved to a hotel in the financial district the next day to be closer to the family event that we were attending."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The area had convenient transport and food options as well. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Jojo and Jonathan who worked the front desk on my last day were particularly hospitable. I would 100% recommend Aura Times Square to any solo travellers or those going to NYC on a business or friends' trip :) "
