The room was adequate. We were in a back building with a parking lot that is very dimly lot. I noted to my friend that I wouldn't feel comfortable getting out my car back there alone. The sheets were clean but threadbare

Good value for a busy town. The hotel pool was big but needed some freshening up / updating. Some debris in the water.

The room needed a dehumidifier. The bathroom had no exhaust fan. The towels were of skimpy fabric. Overall it has obviously been a great motel, but it seems run down now.

I ask them to do cleaning every other day, now one showed up for cleaning; even though room cleaning has to be done without resident request.

We were a party of five. The room was equipped with two queen size beds, and a pullout couch. The furniture was all very old. The couch was positioned in a room where it was impossible to simply unfold the pull out bed. We needed to push the very heavy couch to the middle of the room in order for us to open it up. One of the queen size beds had a mattress that was impossible to sleep on because it had a severe dent in it.
