"Loved the interior and the excellent air conditioning in the room. it was very comfortable. Did not like people standing right in front of the revolving doors entering the building and smoking. Sucked the pungent odor right in the front lobby and stunk up the entire lobby. Had to hold my breath every time I walked outside to get through the nasty smokers."

"First, this place is big, four or five building complex. The rooms we had were clean and tidy, but small to US standards. We ate at the Santa Marta Mediterranean restaurant, it was very good. We chose to eat at local places to experience a variety of cuisine. Parking was on site and very easy to access. The location was very good, tons of shopping and restaurants in walking distance."

"We were really happy with our stay at Rossio Plaza! The room, while small, was perfect. The bed was very comfy and there was plenty of space to store your clothes and other items. The bathroom was also great with a nice shower. The main positive we would mention was the sound proofing on the windows - it could get very noisy outside at night and you couldn't hear a thing.. great air con too! Finally, the location of the hotel was brilliant, right in the centre so very close to everything. FYI - The hotel is split in two. We were in a different part which is on the same street but about 5 doors down. This didn't impact anything for us, but it did mean we only saw staff at check in and check out. "
