Clean, quiet and freshly renovated one-bedroom furnished basement unit in a fully detached house. Comes with full kitchen and standard appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, double sink). 1 bedroom, queen bed with new linens and towels. Large and small dresser and linen closet, full hanging closet off living room for extra hanger space, shoes, etc. Ceramic floor throughout w/ area rugs and carpets. Bathroom with pedestal sink, and full tub with shower, separate toilet room. Surprisingly bright with small windows and half-glass back door.
Hot water rads throughout with extra portable electric rad. Laundry facilities on premises. Steps to the TTC (Keele station) and close to all amenities for shopping, supermarkets and small fresh food groceries, cafes, and restaurants on Bloor West & Roncesvalles.

Ideal for 2nd semester grad student / couple, post-grad work with enough room for home studies. No smokers please. References required, available January 1st to April 31st 2026 only (or earlier: mid-December; negotiable).

Pet friendly. $1,650 per month, which includes all utilities and high-speed internet. Does not include cable TV. Does not include cleaning fee. No parking available, but street parking can be purchased with city permit.
