- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and bake
- Coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods and a variety of teas including herbal options
- A sunken living room space with leather sofa, ottoman and wool rug
- Watch your favourite shows by accessing your favourite streaming service on a 55” Smart TV. Plenty of books if a quiet night is more your speed.
- The luxe and large ensuite bathroom has a washer and dryer
- Sparkling clean, we sanitize every surface and handle for every new guest (even throw pillows are cleaned for every guest)
- Work remotely with secure high-speed unlimited WIFI and desk area
- Shared back garden access
- Please note: Unit is best suited for guests 6 ft. tall and under. Most of the suite has ceiling height of 7 ft. Some areas have lower ceiling due to ductwork

Parking & Transport:
- This an urban neighbourhood, free day parking is located on the street. Overnight street parking can easily be arranged closer to your stay
-The apartment is located in a prime transit location, with all major streetcar lines in Toronto converging onto Roncy and within a 5-10 minute walk of the property (501 Queen, 504 King, 505 Dundas, 506 College). The 504 King streetcar Westbound and Eastbound stops are both within 2-3 min walking distance, and Dundas West subway station is a 15 minute walk (you can take the 504 King bus to it as well)
- An Uber or Lyft to the downtown core will take you ~10-15 minutes
- UP Express Bloor (a speed direct train) is a 17 min walk and 4 min bus ride away, it will take you to Pearson Airport or Downtown Union Station in just 15 min

The Area
Roncesvalles Village is one of Toronto’s best neighbourhoods located within the Downtown area, yet offering a secluded feel with lush greenery, High Park and the nearby shores of Lake Ontario.

Stroll along Roncesvalles Ave; we provide full a local guide later on as well:

The suite has a private entrance with smartlock for security and self-check in. We live upstairs in the main house and are highly respectful of guests’ privacy but are more than happy to provide you with local tips and connections if that is of interest!

The separate entrance is accessed through a narrow, well-lit path between two houses. We look forward to sharing our backyard garden with you. The back part of yard is open for guests to enjoy. The deck is owners private space.
