Enjoy a fully detached ground-floor suite, featuring heated floors, cozy fireplace, 2 TVs with full streaming services, loft lounge for reading, relaxing or working, and a stunning emerald-green skylit shower. Outside, unwind in your private courtyard with a BBQ—your own peaceful retreat in one of Toronto’s best neighbourhoods.
The space
Ideal for singles or couples, our fully detached space is a 1.5-story layout with the bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom located on the main floor. Above, an open loft—accessible by ladder—serves as a flex space with a tv, retro game system, desk, chair and a large sofa that can convert into either two single beds or one queen bed.

This property was everything I needed and more. It's in a lively neighbourhood where you can find transportation, banks, great bakeries, local markets, lovely walkable trails and even nail and hair salons. The atmosphere is fantastic. The decor is beautiful, and you have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Connie and Sebastian were incredibly kind, easy to reach, and always eager to make my stay better. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again whenever I visit Toronto. Thank you, Connie and Sebastian, for making me feel at home.
