We had a nice stay. The room and hotel surroundings were clean. We used the jacuzzi and it was very relaxing and the view is amazing. You can’t beat the location, especially if your coming to see a concert. Would definitely stay here again. My only feedback would be the receptionist that checked us in was quite rude and unfriendly. However, the rest of the staff were friendly and made up for her.

It was in good shape overall. There was two tiles missing in the hot tub and I didn’t notice and pulled my toe back very hard on the little dip. I like most of the staff, one lady at the front desk who was there during my last visit and she is very rude and unhelpful. Rest of the staff was lovely

Fantastic location

Attended the Rugby 7’s tournament at BC Place. The hotel is located at the best location for attending events at either BC Place or Rogers Arena.

If you are in town for an event at BC Place this is a great place to stay! Very convenient and easy parking. We were also able to leave our car there after we checked out for a very reasonable fee to finish watching a rugby tournament. Hope to stay there again.
