The pickup from the airport took 1hr 20 min from when we called after getting luggage. The heater in the room was on High - thermostat on wall did not work. Had to call maintenance. Disappointing experience.

Asked for a Jacuzzi originally attached to a separate room so I can be close to my kids . But they ended up putting my kids on another floor all together , the jacuzzi tub room that was offered the ac didn’t work so the room was so hot we had to sleep with window open hard to maintain with the temperature.
