Overall the stay was great! Room, amenities, breakfast I’d give 5/5 for the price! The only thing I’d have to complain about, deep cleaning missing in our room, in the tub, mattress is hard, but we did sleep very good, and smell wear and tear- like chipped tile in bathroom and shower area- but not effecting use in anyway- and reflected in the price- which is extremely reasonable for the area. The location is amazing. 15 mins to Richmond mall- super close to glen mcarthur outlet mall, 25 mins to white rock beach. It’s a nice quiet area-the complex consists by a theatre, trampoline air park, bowling, old spaghetti factory, subway, aquatic centre, ice rink. Realistically, you could spend the day in your little area if you wanted which is lovely. Overall great stay, and we will be back.

This hotel is so dirty and outdated. I wish I had of known the state of the place before I booked a night. For fifty more dollars I could have stayed at versante hotel which is a top notch clean hotel with amazing amenities. The housekeeping lady was nice and tried to make the stay more comfortable for me. She actually had to come in my room and clean it with bleach while I was in there. This was after they switched me to a different room due to filth. It was an absolute nightmare , I was in tears and ready to sleep in my vehicle in the parking lot. I was so uncomfortable with the uncleanliness I barely got any sleep and I felt like it was a total waste of money. The breakfast was buffet style which seemed good but tasted questionable. The bacon smelled and tasted old as if it as rotten and cooked anyways I had some rice and a few bites of a cold cheese omelette and tossed my entire plate in the trash. I ended up having a juice and a cup of coffee as most everything in the buffet was barely warm and all had a bit of an off taste. I wish I could say good things about this hotel but I really don't have anything to say. I rented a room with a Jacuzzi tub as I am very ill and wanted to be able to soak my sore body.Bad idea. $500 damage deposit if you use a visa debit card. It's absolutely outrageous for what you get. Nothing in that room is worth $500 it's so outdated and dirty. Absolutely horrendous and I do not recommend!! Avoid this hotel at all cost if you want a clean room.

Called the hotel a day after my stay to see if my new item I purchased and left by the bedside in a bag was turned in. The front desk checked to see if my belongings were turned in by housekeeping which it wasn’t. Honesty goes a long way, they informed if anything is turned in they will call me back. Rooms were comfortable, but I am surprised that the housekeeping didn’t return an item that showed up. I’m a bit disappointed as I will be back in this location tomorrow.

The hotel is a little out of the way. But great for hockey teams. We didn’t get to hotel until 11:30pm due to late plane. Didn’t check the bathroom amenities out. But next morning when we went to take showers there was no bath towels, just hand towels. Maybe check rooms after they are cleaned to make sure everything is done. Great beds.
