You gotta stay here!

All the staff in the hotel and adjoining restaurant, Aegir Room, were so courteous and helpful. The room was very bright and clean. Loved the kitchen space. Picked up groceries nearby to make breakfast. Restaurant meals were delicious. Great options for gluten-free ( my husband is Celiac). Easy check in and out. Located on a quietier street, walkable to restaurants, attractions water taxi. Would definitely stay here again.

In a quiet part of Victoria within walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf even for our aged legs. Late night dog walks felt safe. Staff was kind, accomodating when a promoted service was not available. Communication could have been better. The small restaurant did gourmet tacos that we really enjoyed. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for clean, safe, affordable luxury while staying in Victoria.

The restaurant is in the Hotel but part of a different Company, so meals and drinks cannot be put on your hotel bill. The only small issue in the bedroom is the bed pillows are large and very high which can give you neck pain

Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Our room was clean and well-equipped. It was perfect for our purposes. Unfortunately the Internet was down for a few hours when we arrived and we missed a NHL playoff game. The parking garage was a little difficult to maneuver - awkward with the door opening having to be accessed on the left side rather than in the middle and the collection of items on P2 seemed strange. Perhaps closing in the storage would make the parking garage more professional
