Very nice hotel. Superb location, just a a couple of blocks from the BC Parliament Buildings, the Inner Harbour etc. The only complain would be about the shower, which is a shame. Tiny cabin without a handheld, but with a rain shower head that is very awkward to use in the constrained space.

Excellent boutique hotel, very clean and comfortable. Very personable and helpful staff. Great location, in a quiet neighborhood, but less than 10 minute walk to the Inner Harbor, the starting point for most areas of interest in downtown Victoria. And a walk in the opposite direction of the Inner Harbor leads to a nice waterfront walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. We would have no hesitation in returning to this little gem, in a future trip.

In town for 1 night for a volleyball tournament. The location was perfect and the VIP Expedia amenties included free parking and a coffee/tea in the morning. It was close to restaurants and the sights in Victoria.

This was a lovely hotel for a short stay in Victoria. Friendly and helpful front desk. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen in the suite was useful to have. Great city views from our balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

The absence of air conditioning wasn't a significant drawback for us, given that the time of year and the weather conditions were quite favorable. The pleasant temperatures made our stay comfortable, allowing us to enjoy our time without the need for cooling. However, we recognized that if we had visited during the hotter months, we would likely have chosen a different hotel that offered air conditioning for added comfort. On a positive note, the food at the hotel was exceptionally desirable, featuring a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Each meal was a delightful experience, enhancing our overall stay. Additionally, the atmosphere of the hotel was incredibly inviting, creating a warm and welcoming environment that made us feel right at home. The combination of great food and a fantastic ambiance truly made our visit enjoyable, despite the lack of air conditioning.
