The hotel is gorgeous and staff were extremely friendly. Our only criticism was the food at the restaurant was quite bland. I had the salmon bowl. Other food around me looked good so possibly just wasn’t the best option on the menu. That said there was a wonderful guitarist performing and we really enjoyed the experience still.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. And it was nice to have a restaurant on site that was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Prices were a little high, but you pay for convenience. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and very helpful.

Pros: very close to sites, great staff, comfortable bed, lovely toiletries Cons: no AC, bar style chairs at the table were uncomfortable, and the shower stall was a bit small (but the tub was large).

Very hot room on the 9th floor, the provided window portable A/C was not strong enough to cool to even 75F. After a call, they changed to a similar one but a bit stronger, still we were there for 3 nights and the room was very hot even at night with the temperature outside of 65F, very uncomfortable. On the second day, we woke up and saw a puddle on the floor, the fridge stopped working most likely due to extreme ice buildup in the freezer part. When we were leaving I asked for compensation for the lost freezer food and I was told that they sent champagne to our room. But we never received anything. They gave us then a nice French sparkling wine after that.
