"For location, staff, and cleanliness this hotel can't be beat. Easily walkable to shows and good dining and I usually walk to Moynihan Train center for Amtrak back home. I wish there were a restaurant on the lobby floor that might justify the social fee and it would be good to improve the elevators from street level to lobby. But the staff at reception and who clean are great for attitude and excellent service, and the location is ideal so I keep coming back!"
