"liked the room and cleaning staff very good. (3days) Liked the hot tub but the pool was very very cold & couldn’t swim All the staff are good except one middle aged man at the counter very very rude. Just arrived ( after 11pm) my spouse checked in early and wanted to show me the pool which is downstairs as we are taking the stairs this man rudely and loud from behind the front desk asking us where we were going why we are going downstairs in disrespectful tone this man no customer service manner. We were very surprised but controlled ourselves and we told that we have already checked in already even thought it was his job to ask politely if we need help to check in if we have not done that we need to to do that first. That man would have spoiled our first impression about the hotel but the rest of staff very respectful and helpful the we just ignored his bad attitude. That man gives a bad image of the rest of the staff he needs customer service training"
