Horrible stay. Staff did not know what they were doing. Continuously charging the credit card with no explanation of charges. Did not give me the room that I paid for. Restaurant staff understattfed. Did not receive my order. The worst parking and the audacity to charge 30 a day to park with no guarantees spot. Had to walk a block and a half away and we are handicapped. Will never go back

I wanted to give this hotel more stars, but it really missed the mark on several points. First, front desk staff not present for 15+ minutes at check in and check out. Also, not friendly at check in or check out. Nowhere near enough parking - the parking lot they charge you for is a block and a half away and $30/night. Room was okay- small bathroom. We had to call maintenance because our toilet stopped flushing.

The staff was very accommodating, room was very clean and the small partial ocean view balcony was a nice feature. Being pet friendly made this property almost perfect. If they had a small area outside to curb you dog it would be perfect. Unfortunately they way it's set up now it's really not pet friendly.

My ONLY complaint is I booked an OCEANFRONT Balcony King. I was given an ocean VIEW, and I know that may sound bad, and I was grateful for ANY view, but I paid for Ocean Front. I enjoyed my morning coffee, in my comfy robe, as people were walking with their bags next to me in the cat walk to Tropicanna. Not very relaxing. The manager said he'd adjust in the morning, but in the morning, he said he could ONLY give me points to use towards next stay. I was good with that...but am still waiting for them (despite messages left, and even a stop in over last weekend).

Clean room, great amenities. Had to ask for extra towels and coffee supplies because not enough are staged in the room for two so something to improve upon. I also did not know there was a complimentary jitney ride which would’ve been helpful to know in advance before I overpaid $35 for a ride share fir the 5 min 1/2 mile from the train station.

The room was beautiful, clean and ample. The lobby was small, but pleasant and well kept. The staff were very personably and welcoming. There was however, no available parking at the time we checked in and they suggested we parked at the hotel next door, which was Tropicana. There were no other instructions. Just to park at Tropicana, which is an extremelly large hotal. We had to walk with our luggage from the parking lot, which itself took a while to find, through the hotel huge quarter and lobby then once again outside through frigid temperatures and finally into our hotel. The entire ordeal took an hour. There was no feedback other than "yes, it could be tricky to find their parking lot," and no other explanation as to why they had given us such vague instructions for what would be such a time consuming distressing ordeal. Additionally, the main entrance was covered by a large sheet of ice. There was no way around it, other than through it. One of our parties fell the morning of check out. We informed the front desk staff and she noted apologetically that "you are not the first to fall." Reportedly another guest had fallen the day prior and injured himself. It is unfortunately, as the hotel is quite comfortable, but the checking in logistics were a nightmare.

This is my 2nd stay here. It will be my go to stay when coming to AC. I would prefer here than a casino. It is clean. Breakfast was open this time and it was enjoyable. Stayed in a room with a partial ocean room.
