Looks like this property was newly renovated and I think it was great! I have severe dust/feather allergies and the fact that the room didn’t have carpet was a very pleasant surprise! Bedding is also hypoallergenic. I will be staying here again!

Our room did not have hot water in the morning nor was it properly cleaned(behind door had dust bunnies). The pool did not open at the indicated time and someone needed to contact the front desk multiple times for it to be opened.

Not the relaxing/comfortable stay we needed
I booked 2 rooms for a cheer competition. 8 days before arrival I was emailed a confirmation from the hotel that my 2 rooms would be adjoining. When I arrived they did not have the rooms as adjoining and it took 30 plus minutes to check in as they searched for adjoining rooms. The one room had holes in the wall. I indicated 4 people staying in each room yet they only gave 2 towels per room. My rooms were ground floor and the one rooms window had an inch wide gap that was always open (I could fit my hand out) It’s January so cold air constantly coming in the room. There was no way to close it. We tried turning the heater on due to the cold air blowing through the window and the heater made the entire room smell like something was burning. Definitely not a relaxing/comfortable stay.
