I came in my manual wheelchair and the staff and valet made the trip worth coming back with how accommodating they were and acceptive of the situation the pool was accesible and the room had a roll in shower , 10/10 accessibility and accommodation.

Rooms are spacious. Fallsview rooms have a great view. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Ideal location - easy walk to all of the attractions on Clifton Hill & attached to the Casino. Parking is expensive $50/night!

The place is as fun all our kids had a good time. Few complaints, not enough life guard staff for all things to run, must need to do more cleaning as our 10 month old got Hand Foot and Mouth Disease from our stay.

Nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Very close to OLG theatre, restaurants, Fallsview Casino and the falls. Parking off site is also very close to the hotel. The only issue we had was very loud drilling above our 7th floor room that started at 7:30 am in the morning.
