"Rooms need upgrading. Didn’t like that we had no coffee maker in the room. Even with free coffee and tea in lobby it was inconvenient to go down there to get it. Hot tub in bathroom was dirty, no way was I soaking in that. Parking fees very high at $50/ day. I believe guests shouldn’t pay that above the room costs. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows all need replacing. The only positive was the beautiful view of the falls from our window and the closeness to the casino."

"Our room on the 3rd floor with a excellent view was perfect! We loved the room, location and all the amenities that the Sheraton provided. The only negative is valet service. The wait is too long for luggage service and the car service. Over all everyone was super nice and friendly. We would definitely return to this Sheraton."
