When we checked in at night, the gentleman was GREAT! However, the next morning two females were at the front desk gossiping. When I approached they continued their conversation. I had to say excuse me not once but twice, to even be acknowledged. The new employee made eye contact but never spoke, the manager acting as though my assistance was inconvenient to her. Also when I asked about breakfast she pointed to the bistro and stated they don’t offer continental breakfast; that NO Marriotts offer free breakfast in the US. Wrong again ma’am, in the South Eastern states we offer complimentary breakfast with Marriott. I suppose the principal here is if you can’t offer exceptional customer service then you should not be in a customer service role. Rooms were clean, hairdryer was exceptional, places to eat convenient.
