Overall 9/10 all inclusive resort, safe, clean , great variety of food options and beautiful pills, beach and service! Do not arrive early for check in… no acess to resort before check in at 3 pm. We waited 2/3 hours because we were early flights. Wasted our first 1/2 day!

The resort itself is beautiful and my room was absolutely amazing! The food was decent. I dislike the fact that everything closed and shut down early in the resort except restaurants. You can’t go on the beach, pool or hot tub after 8. They also didn’t have nearly enough beach chairs for the beach. Definitely a resort for a middle aged crowd. If you’re looking for a good time, you’ll end up going out to have fun.

We had a great time here. The room was on the top floor for an extra 200 dollars, the bed was so comfy. Room service at night was very slow, we fell asleep waiting for it on 2 occassions so the food went to waste. The restuarants have a great selection of meals and the buffet has so much to choose from for breakfast and lunch. We booked the Habachi at the Asian restaurant but make sure you book this when you check in because it gets fully booked quick. There's a pool party every day at the main pool and a quieter pool on the ground level where there's always activities to get involved with. The bus to Cancun goes every 3 minutes from outside the hotel and costs just 1 dollar each way. It's just 4 stops to Coco Bongo and all the bars. Alcohol is good, mostly top shelf but sometimes you need to request this. The beach isn't great but pretty to look at.
