Great for a few days trip since is s small resort. Not a lot of restaurant choices. Staff was excellent during the stay. The check in process was the only thing we didn't enjoy. Staff was not clear on the procedure and after a long air travel we were put through staff offers and people trying to push services for extra cost on you. Not very welcoming. Only thing they need to work on.

LOVED our stay at Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa! The vibe is everything — fun, energetic, and still plenty of space to relax when you want to unwind. There were activities going on all day, and the nighttime entertainment was so good every single night. Our favorite dining experience was at the French restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and our server, Cesar, truly made the experience unforgettable. He was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make our evening special. Exceptional service! We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun, upscale adults-only getaway in Cancun.

My wife and I have only been to a few All Inclusive Resorts, but this one was far and away our FAVORITE! It's not a very big resort so we had no problem getting chairs at the pools/beach or tables at any of the restaurants (no reservations required for our Party of 4). Speaking of the restaurants, the food was off of the charts, delicious! We dined at Fishnets, Picante, Silk City and Co-quette. I'm not a foodie (far from it), but my Wife is. We both agreed on how fantastic our meals were at each restaurant. Since we were with another couple, we were able to order a variety of appetizers, entrees and desserts and sample all of them. The desserts blew us away, as well! Also, the breakfast/lunch buffet, which can sometimes leave a little to be desired at All Inclusives, was not lacking at all. Tons of variety and flavor! We were glad we upgraded to The Xhale Club as it gave us access to a 3rd infinity pool (heated) on the Roof Top (29 stories up). Stunning views! It was a perfect place to spend the evening, watching the sunset, before going out to dinner. Our room on the 20th floor, ocean front was impeccable. Well stocked and cleaned upon request. Downloading the App (World of Hyatt Inclusive Collection) is a must before your stay. It puts everything at your fingertips. Also, it has menus for all of the restaurants. I've got to say, the most impressive part of our entire stay was The Staff. Across the board, EVERYONE we encountered, was Friendly and Genuinely Kind.❤️

Room was beautiful and very clean. Music plays until 11 every night, but other than that it was a great stay. Food is average to below average, which I expected. Staff was very friendly, and drinks were flowing. Overall for the price I would definitely recommend it.
