Our stay at Breathless was amazing in every single way. Our room had a beautiful view, the staff was amazing and so unbelievably friendly and accommodating, the food at all of the restaurants was great, and the night life was so much fun. Armando at the Xhale rooftop pool bar was AMAZING. We absolutely loved him, and he made us want to come back!

The good news: The hotel is nice and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean and the beach area is nice. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The bad news: The check-in process seemed slow. We got to the hotel 5 and a half hours later than expected due to flight delays and they said our room wasn’t ready which we thought was a little odd. The worst part was that we both got food poisoning and had to spend the last day and a half in our room. Since the vacation was only for 3 nights it was disappointing. We are pretty sure the food poisoning came from the outdoor bbq that we attended the first night we were there. Perishable food and hot temperatures don’t mix!

The trip was excellent! The only complaint I had was the shower water in the hotel was not really warm. It was really humid and a cold shower is probably nice for some folks, but I love a warm shower and only had 1 out many.
