Property Layout



– Bedrooms:



This beautiful two-story home features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a bathtub, perfect for unwinding. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed, and the third features a queen-size bed. All bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort.



– Bathrooms:



Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for all guests. The master bathroom includes a bathtub for extra relaxation. Additionally, there is a half bathroom on the ground floor, ideal for guests and daytime use.



– Kitchen & Dining:



The home includes a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals with ease. The dining area provides a comfortable space for shared breakfasts or dinners with your group.



– Living Areas:



The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Cancún. Please note: there is no sofa bed in this home. The space is ideal for up to 6 guests.



– Private Pool & Outdoor Space:



Step outside and enjoy your own private swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip at any time of day. The patio area offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the warm Cancún weather.



– Parking & Access:



The property includes covered parking for two vehicles with remote-controlled access. Located as the first house on the right as you enter the street, it's both easy to find and convenient. (Note: street access will soon require remote control for added security.)



NOTE:

This is a peaceful, family-friendly home where rest and relaxation are a priority. To ensure a pleasant experience for all, parties, loud music, and excessive noise are not allowed, especially during nighttime hours. Thank you for your understanding.



Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

This beautiful home is located in a quiet and secure residential neighborhood in Cancún, offering a peaceful atmosphere perfect for families, couples, or small groups. The area is well-connected to main roads, making it easy to access beaches, downtown, the hotel zone, and the airport. You'll find supermarkets, local restaurants, and convenience stores just a short drive away. The neighborhood is calm, with friendly residents and 24/7 security access being implemented soon, adding an extra layer of privacy and safety. It’s the perfect base for exploring the Riviera Maya while enjoying the comfort of a private, local experience.



Getting Around:

Public transportation, such as buses, is available on the main avenues just a short drive away. This allows you to easily access the Hotel Zone, downtown Cancun, and other tourist attractions. For your convenience, we offer covered parking with remote control inside the property, ideal for keeping your vehicle secure.



Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately 20-30 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. We suggest using ride-sharing apps or taxis for greater convenience. If you prefer to explore the area at your own pace, you might consider renting a car for added flexibility.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
