My money was stolen from my room by someone who had a key probably a staff member. Lots of music and noise 200 feet from building coming from about 20 food kiosks. Hotel owners thought that a coffee a slice of toast and a slice of fruit was their idea of a continental breakfast. I would not reccomend this hotel to anybody if you want to rest before midnight

La propiedad es muy buena y la ubicacion bien centrica, Pero separe la habtacion por $86 dolares por Expedia con impuestos y no honraron el precio me cobraron $106 en el Hotel lo cual considero injusto.

An authentic and friendly experience in the heart of Cancun. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Very helpful in terms of local recommendations. Cold water showers most of the time and had to ask for toilet paper every day. Not as thorough a cleaning and some maintenance issues. Pool was good. Complimentary “Continental breakfast” consisted of one cold piece of toast and approx 1/4 sliced oxidized apple. The good with the bad, but overall very much worth the price.

The hotel was old but very well kept it had very unique doors They had lots of common areas for people to gather outside the room My initial booking was for 4 adults and 2 children the Expedia system put us into a room with 1 double bed when originally it showed a 2 room suite to sleep 8 The front desk person was very rude at first but finally seen it was not my fault and we found a solution but had to pay 3 times more but it worked everyone was happy

Leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen

Die Hotelzimmer sind hĂŒbsch, aber sehr alt eingerichtet. Der Duschkopf hat leider nicht selbst gehalten. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und auch im Treppenhaus hat man ALLE GerĂ€usche gehört. Es gibt einen Aufzug, oder das Treppenhaus. Die Zimmer waren von der GrĂ¶ĂŸe sehr gut. Es ist ĂŒberall sehr hellhörig. Die TĂŒren sind nicht gedĂ€mmt, sodass man alle GerĂ€usche vom Treppenhaus wahrnimmt - egal zu welcher Uhrzeit! Leider gibt es keinen Föhn. Das heißt man muss mit nassen Haaren ins Bett. Ich hatte mit FrĂŒhstĂŒck gebucht und das FrĂŒhstĂŒck bestand aus: 1 Tasse Kaffee 1 heller Toast 1 x Butter 1 x Erdbeermarmelade 5 dĂŒnne Scheiben Melone FrĂŒhstĂŒck kann man das nicht nennen. Leider (außer Tee oder Kaffee) keine Auswahlmöglichkeiten und auch keine Alternative zur sĂŒĂŸen Marmelade (z.B. Wurst oder KĂ€se). Kein Brot, oder Croissants oder MĂŒsli. Unser GlĂŒck, dass wir nur eine Nacht hier waren. Bis um 04:00 Uhr nachts wurde laut Musik gespielt und gefeiert und wir mussten morgens um 06:30 Uhr wieder aufstehen. Wir können dieses Hotel leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

There are many things nearby, like ADO bus station if you’re going to other places. Many restaurants to eat, but we also liked to eat at the hotel. You have to be patient but the food and service is worth it. Everything is clean at the hotel and the architecture is what we liked the most.

Budget-friendly accomodation

We stayed at this hotel for one night during our trip to Cancun. We chose it mainly for its affordable price, but our experience was mixed. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay feel welcoming. The hotel and our room were clean, and the view of the square from our room was quite nice. However, there were several drawbacks. The furnishings in the room were basic and showing their quality—some pieces were coming apart. The room lacked soundproofing, so noise from the square and surrounding streets was noticeable throughout the night and into the morning, making it difficult to sleep. There were no blackout curtains, which allowed sunlight to stream in early. We had also booked a room that I believed had two king beds, but the one we were given had only one double bed. If bed configuration is important, I’d recommend confirming details directly with the hotel before your arrival. The free breakfast was very basic: black coffee, a couple slices of toast, and a little fruit. Milk for coffee was extra, which felt a bit inconvenient. Overall, this hotel is a decent choice if you’re on a budget and looking for a clean place to stay, but it comes with some trade-offs in terms of comfort and amenities.

La verdad, le pongo esta calificaciĂłn porque prĂĄcticamente nos estaban corriendo del hotel. Les cuento: al llegar al check-in, nos dieron una habitaciĂłn con una sola cama para 4 personas, segĂșn ellos, porque era lo que habĂ­amos reservado. Al expresar nuestra inconformidad, nos la cambiaron, pero al bajar por nuestras maletas nos obligaron a mostrar la reservaciĂłn. Nos comentaron que si no estaban de acuerdo con el precio, nos podĂ­amos ir, ya que segĂșn ellos la app (Expedia) habĂ­a otorgado un precio muy bajo que no correspondĂ­a a sus tarifas. El encargado insistiĂł en tomar mi celular para verificar si lo que decĂ­a era cierto. EstĂĄbamos tan cansados que decidimos no discutir mĂĄs y simplemente dormir. Al dĂ­a siguiente, al bajar al desayuno, nos cobraron por pedir un refill de cafĂ©, y el desayuno muy basico. AdemĂĄs, nadie nos informĂł sobre la alberca, y el Internet no funcionaba, lo que hizo que tampoco pudiĂ©ramos usar la televisiĂłn. Otro problema fue que dejamos la llave desde temprano (10 a.m.) para que limpiaran la habitaciĂłn, y cuando regresamos a las 5 p.m., nos dijeron que no sabĂ­an quiĂ©nes Ă©ramos y que no tenĂ­an nuestra llave. Fue un caos total. El servicio fue pĂ©simo, y los encargados muy dĂ©spotas. DeberĂ­an recordar que no nos estĂĄn regalando nada, ÂĄnosotros pagamos por su servicio! Es una lĂĄstima, porque el hotel es hermoso, pero su personal arruina toda la experiencia. Definitivamente, no regresaremos jamĂĄs.

Overall, pretty good, excellent location, average unit somewhat basic but pretty good for the price in the area. They need to get their Wi-Fi issue addressed though, two days with no Wi-Fi is pretty stupid. Modern city like this, get it fixed.
