THIS REVIEW IS PRIMARILY FOR GUEST LOOKING FOR ALL INCLSUSIVE HOTEL AND IT WILL HELP IN MAKING DECISON TO CHOSE THIS HOTEL.I would like to mention that I have been to Cancun couple of times before and many other vacation part of Mexico and have stayed in multiple all inclusive locations. The reason we get all inclusive is primarily to get Good quality and quantity of food with drinks all the time as that's one of the most important part of your vacation. This property have optional all inclusive which makes things worse as they allow most of the airlines crew to stay in the hotel at cheap price and so to differentiate between all inclusive and non all inclusive they cut down many corners which is unacceptable for tourist like us. 1. Limited room service after 11 pm. If you order room service, you have to pay $300 MX as dervice charge ( every time you order). 2. You cant ask for all the available drinks. I asked for black label and i had to pay extra. Red label was included. That was seriously frustrating. 3. Food option is very very limited. Even they didnt carry the complete Mexican menu and it was same and same everyday. We had to go out to have a proper Enchiladas ( Mexican food). They have a one good restaurant called Fasano which is the best dining but i had to wait 3 days to get a reservation. 4. Somehow they have mojority Spanish speaking guests, so it was really difficult for us to find a english speaking staff. 5. NO EVENING LIVE ENTERTAINMENT.

My third stay. Seot. 20 to 26. Solo. Very clean...i saw them steamcleaning palapas. Friendly helpful staff. Everything Improving every time I've been there. I might try swim up room on next visit. Lots of stairs but worth every step. No negatives.

I've stayed there 3 previous time and everything was great, the rooms and views were great. This time the 1st room was good until the ac went out. I reported to management and was told it be fixed by the time I got back from our activities. It wasn't but they did change my room great right. Well no, it was not the room smelled like mold a snappy smell. The pillows, sheets but again called the reception area and was told someone is on the way and she did had her smell everything she was very sorry and changed everything. The policy of the restaurant are only followed when they want to ruine you day with bs.

There are not enough words to describe the view from our room. Some of the staff were so accommodating and helpful. Very clean resort/room.

Constant construction 24/7, broken items in our room, rebar hanging out under cement steps, light sockets w/no covers & wirings hanging out.

Dear Stacie.Our construction is not 24/7, they stop at noon on saturday and restart on monday, but any way, I am sorry for that inconvenience, we are almost finished. I wish I could know the room you had, it sounds like a lot of issues that we do not let happen in our facilities.My apologies for your experiencie and thank you for your preference.Cordially!

I liked being right on the ocean. However, we couldn't get the AC to turn off and it was very cold in the room. Also, early in the morning, there was a lot of noise from the Restaurant setting up, moving chairs, tables, making lots of noise

Great place! Family friendly but also great for those without kids as well. Very close to the beach, staff was always super friendly and helpful.
