Downtown Cancun is a vibrant and lively area that offers a unique mix of local culture, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It is the heart of the city and is the place where locals and tourists mingle to enjoy all that Cancun has to offer.



In the center of Cancun, you will find numerous traditional markets such as the famous Mercado 28, where you can find handicrafts, souvenirs and local products. There are also endless restaurants and cafes offering a wide variety of regional and international cuisine, as well as clothing stores, jewelers and other shops.



One of the main attractions in downtown Cancun is Parque de las Palapas, a public park where cultural events and outdoor concerts take place. In addition, in the area there is also the ADO, a bus station where you can take transport to other parts of the city and the state of Quintana Roo.



Getting Around:

You can walk around the area. If you want to go to the beach you can take a bus or a taxi. And if you want to transport yourself to other places in the Riviera Maya, we are very close to the ADO bus station.



Other Things to Note:

Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can schedule it.



Before your arrival, we will ask for a passport photo or ID for each guest staying there and for them to sign the condominium rules to ensure a good relationship with the neighbors.
