We had an amazing stay. The resort is incredibly clean, well maintained, and luxurious. The staff are very kind and professional. Food was amazing and as a picky eater I had no issue finding dishes I loved. The breakfast buffet had various options. Andres was our server for a few mornings at the breakfast and he brightened our day with his fast service and kindness. All staff members were attentive and friendly. I specifically loved the interior design of the resort’s lobby area and restaurants. Very modern and luxurious. The view from our room was breathtaking. Pools and the beach area were incredible. The pool bars made delicious drinks and the pool side food options were also good. We enjoyed the nightly live music in the lobby and the entertainment.

The staff of the resort were so incredibly kind and attentive to details. The ocean was clear, bright aqua and blue, with no heavy waves. They offer many water sport activities such as jet skiing, scuba diving with turtles, snorkelling, and free paddle boarding. The food was absolutely delicious, I’ve seen many people complain about resort food and its quality but at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach I promise you food will never be an issue. It’s delicious and its quality is amazing. Overall, I would 100% come back again. It has been an extremely positive experience for both me and my partner. I would also like to add that this resort is EXTREMELY family friendly but there’s many activities that they offer that are adults only that you can enjoy. Book at this resort, I promise you’ll never regret it. We booked for 6 days and we were doing/eating something new everyday but there was still so much more we haven’t tried. I highly recommend coming here, it was such a pleasure to be there.

My wife, toddler daughter and I spent 7 nights here and we would absolutely come back. The accommodations were wonderful and if something we needed wasn't at the giftshop, the pharmacy and other stores were a very short walk from the hotel. Our toddler caught a bug and the staff was quick to bring us anything we needed to care for her. This resort is very family friendly and its the primary reason we chose it. If you dont want to share a pool with children of all ages, this is not the place for you. If you dont mind kids, this place is a gem. La Joya was phenomenal. We ate here our first and last night. The Fish A La Talla Style was absolutely divine. As were the Mole de Olla! Pros: Quality offerings at every restaurant (Especially the Steakhouse and La Joya). Staff were incredibly warm and helpful, the pools and beach were not a long hike away. Very accessible. No "timeshare" sales pitches. Room was spacious and beds felt amazing (pillows could be improved), no matter how busy the staff were at the buffet, they were always kind and attentive. Cons: some of rhe restaurants were so difficult to find. For a couple of the restaurants, there were no signs to indicate which restaurant was what. Empanada grill was connected to the steakhouse (and there was not a single empanada on the menu.. thay was disappointing. And the kids zone was ao hard to find. Please install racks for drying clothes on the balcony 🙏

Chose this property for the children’s pool, it was peeled paint everywhere and broken steps, nothing like what you see in the photos. We stayed for less than 5 minutes after seeing the hazards. Moving on to the room, it was above the lobby, and they had nightly very loud music. Was not warned about it and with a toddler it was an awful sleep every night. Will never go back!

This is a old property and the buffet and another day restaurant is really bad, service in lobby bar started 11am to 11pm, the one just better in all hotels is the especially restaurants the other is no goods
