We have stayed here years past and the hotel has aged but continues to be top notch with service. To be fair the room we were given was not one of the Fiesta Rewards rooms (this is this brands term for their hotel club rewards program) so other rooms are more well maintained/updated i would imagine. Our experience was enhanced by the service of especially Wilbur and José in the buffet restaurant and Ivan at the pool!

Only things that I don’t like was the amount of pigeons all over the tables in the outdoor cafe are during breakfast and the food at the steakhouse was subpar. Everything else was great.

Our room (820) was wonderful and kept spotless by the attentive maids. We enjoyed the high end toiletries and the Nespresso. The staff throughout the resort were amazing and the food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and pools.
