We paid for the upgrade which was suppose to include room service everyday. Our room did get made up everyday but our minibar never got updated even after we called and asked for it to be restocked. We are not drinkers so the only thing we used was the waters, chips and some chocolate. Often times we would try and call and no one would answer. we would go down to the desk and still they did not restock.

After booking this place I saw more and more bad reviews which made my partner and I very hesitant to book somewhere else or just go with it. But we decided to just go ahead and do it!! We’re glad we did ! It was an amazing experience ! The staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and polite and always asked if everyone spoke Spanish or English to make sure everyone understood. We did have some issues that really never got resolved but I decided to let it go for the simple fact that we were on vacation. The tv wasn’t working since the day we arrived. They had an option for Netflix and that didn’t work either. I called first night there. They said they’d send someone. No one showed up. Next day, I called about 6 different times. And spoke to someone in guest services and no one ever fixed the issue. Another thing that I didnt like was that our pillows smelled ! I told house keeping about it and she took them but never brought them back! So we bought our own at Walmart for $5. The hotel pillows were never brought back to us. Some out door bars and grills closed very early so finishing something to eat at times was kinda a pain since everything for dinner was opened until later. Food was great almost every where. Didn’t like the buffet that’s for sure. Overall I’d come back here and stay again!

Grand oasis sens IS A BEAUTIFUL place, however from the second we arrived our service was absolutely terrible. We got to our room, the AC was broken, the fridge was broken, and the tv was broken, for 4 days it never got fixed. The staff didn’t seem concerned whatsoever and refused to do anything about it. Not only our room might I add but all of the wedding party was without AC the entire trip. I am highly upset and I will be emailing and calling to have something done!

This property was very old and staff was very rude. The second day we woke up to a puddle of water on the floor in the bathroom from the ceiling. I believe the air conditioning was leaking but after we cut the air off, it continued to leak. The bathroom sink knobs had a leak in it. There was water all around the knobs. There was definitely mold in the room. The curtains had rust on them. My pillow case and decorated pillows were filthy. The clean towels put out daily were damp before we even used them, this was from the mold lingering in the room. The sheets and pillows were always damp too. We requested another room and possibly a suite for the inconvenience. We were only offered another room, just like the one we had. The food was terrible. The staff was so rude, there was only a few staff that was friendly. The bars/restaurants did not open until 10am or later. You were not allowed to bring food to the pools. I was unaware of this and brought my food to my lounge chair and a staff harassed/followed me and took my food out of My hand. My overall experience was with this property was terrible. The hotel/rooms were very dark, little lightning and outlets available. All the liquor was watered down purposely, it was obvious, they were putting water in the liquor bottles. I was very disappointed with this property. Please do not stay here!

The property outside was beautiful Inside was very clean. People that worked there were so pleasant and friendly always smiling. Room was clean smelt a little mildew from the air conditioning we think when I got home my clothes that I had in the closet that I never wore smelt gross

Food options were poor and limited Rooms and pool had mold areas of buildings in disrepair Alcohol may have been tainted or poorly purified. Caused “black outs” to several guests during several nights. Not enough staff working certain areas long lines to eat/ drink/ check in. Some of the staff were great, helpful, kind and provided good service. Pool entertainment was fun.

I booked this property based on being handicap accessible resort which was untrue. I am a quad amputee and lost my limbs in the line of duty and have prosthesis for my lower limbs. Upon checking in, the concierge stated that they did not have handicap/walk in showers at their resort which was a lie. Francisco the bell hop Francisco, after seeing the room, went to the management and told them of my situation and miraculously there was a room with a walk in shower. Upon going to the 2nd on the 9th flr bed sheet had bloodstains and were not changed. Every day the elevators were working intermittently and we would have to wait going up or down for a while. The concierge and management did not care of any of these issues which were voiced by many who were staying there. This entire resort is NOT for handicap, seniors or people with physical disabilities. The management should be ashamed for false misrepresentation of their facilities on travel websites. The night manager, Jorge stated that he was unaware and nothing was brought to his attention. He too seemed unapologetic in the condition and issues at this EXPENSIVE resort. Very disappointed and not a fun relaxing trip.
