This hotel was wonderful! From check-in to check-out the staff was thoughtful, helpful and so incredibly kind. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out and truly resembles a “wellness” vibe, the food is incredible, lots of fun things to do without feeling overwhelmed. I would highly recommend this to any adults needing a relaxing vacation.
Ennea beach club you have free access and shuttle too - definitely make time to go here!

The hotel was remarkable. Everything was clean and look just like the pictures presented. To see it all in person was even all the better. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The only thing I would should suggest is that you add transportation or scooters to the front of the hotel so that those stay with their own plans can get to the hotel quicker. The walk from the front to actual hotel is soooooo long.

Amazing and relaxing vacation!! The resort was superb, we never left! Staff was amazing, special shout out to Mario and Esteban on the rooftop and Andy and Jorge in the Vantage Club. We were lucky to have such incredible service. The food was fantastic. And I don’t know how they did it, but everything smelled fantastic. We would definitely love to return and stay again. My personal favorite was sunrise yoga on the rooftop with Cristal. She was the best!!! We greatly enjoyed this wellness focused getaway.

Our room was spotless. The staff was phenomenal. Specifically Alexis from Dalias, Armando from the Mediterranean restaurant Calderon and Diana at the buffet, Ceasar with the water activities was so engaging and made it very fun, Olivera serving us at the pool.The whole staff was very welcoming the entire stay. We had issues with our toilet and they came the next day while we were out and they took care of it as per our request on the app. The beach club was also perfect. Great seating. Food and staff was always available for anything.
